Sessions and Fees
Wellow Preschool is open to all children from their 2nd birthday and we recommend that children should attend a minimum of two sessions a week to aid settling and to maintain continuity.
We aim to be as flexible as possible, providing two sessions 'a school day' (with time to drop off and collect siblings) as well as a longer day for working parents.

2 Year Olds
Some children may qualify for 2 year old funded places. This means that the government will pay for your 2 year old to receive some early Years Education. There are strict eligibly criteria you must meet in order to qualify for the funding and we can help you with this, but as a guide, it is targeted to those families who have an income under £16,190 per year and who receive certain benefits. It is also available for children who are, or have been living in care, adopted from care or those receiving disability living allowance. Where both parents are working a minimum of 16 hours a week, most 2 year olds will qualify for 15 hours of funded childcare. This will be available at Wellow from September 2024.
